FAQ

Common Questions

Quick answers about our land cargo services. Need something more specific? Our team is available 24/7.

Need Help Choosing?

Not sure whether LTL or FTL is right for your load? Our logistics specialists will recommend the best service based on your weight, dimensions, and timeline.

There's no strict minimum for LTL — we've moved single pallets and individual large items. Most LTL shipments range from 150 lbs to 10,000 lbs. For shipments under 150 lbs, parcel services may be more cost-effective; for over 10,000 lbs, FTL is usually cheaper per pound.
Transit times depend on distance and service type. FTL direct runs typically take 1–5 days coast-to-coast. LTL takes slightly longer due to hub consolidation — usually 2–7 business days depending on the lane. Expedited ground options are available for time-critical loads that don't require air freight.
Yes. We are DOT-certified to handle and transport regulated hazardous materials by road. Hazmat shipments require proper classification, packaging, labeling, and placarding under DOT regulations. Contact our team before booking any hazmat load so we can ensure compliance and assign the right equipment.
Yes. Liftgate service (at pickup and/or delivery), inside delivery, appointment scheduling, residential delivery, and white-glove handling are all available as accessorial services. These are quoted separately and added to your booking when you specify your requirements.
Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing and contact us immediately at +1 (912) 831-6313. Claims must be filed within 9 months of delivery. We assign a dedicated claims specialist and aim to resolve all claims within 30 business days. Basic carrier liability is $0.50/lb; declared value coverage is available for full protection.
Freight class (NMFC class 50–500) is determined by density, stowability, handling ease, and liability. When you request a quote, our team will help classify your freight correctly based on your cargo description and dimensions. Misclassification can result in re-weigh charges — we always recommend verifying class before booking.
